What is your return policy for technical sports equipment?
Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase provided they are in their original packaging, unused, and with all tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain items like knee pads and compression gear must be unopened.

Are the volleyballs shipped inflated or deflated?
To ensure the safety of the product during transit and to reduce shipping costs, all volleyballs are shipped deflated. We recommend using a standard ball pump with a lubricated needle for inflation.
