At VW Volleyball World SA, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your equipment or apparel doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in original, unused condition with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack the unused volleyball equipment or apparel in its original packaging, ensuring all protective inserts and tags are included.

• 3.
  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location across South Africa.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the condition of the returned items, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
